Q4 2024 private home prices rose 2.3% QOQ, bouncing off the post-cooling-measures low. Full-year 2025 growth came in at +3.4%, with 2026 projected at +3% to +4%.
Only ~25 new launches (~11,000 units) expected in 2026, a fraction of the 2018–2019 peak of 60 launches and 70,000+ units. Unsold inventory continues to decline.
